I attended primary and lower secondary school for 10 years in Jena and obtained in July 1990 the lower secondary school diploma.

Afterwards I performed a 3,5 year apprenticeship in communication electronics at German Telekom in Frankfurt (Main) which I completed with a certification as "Communication electronics technician".

In Germany it's determined by law to spend a special amount of time in the army or alternatively at a social service.
I decided to perform social service at the Arbeiterwohlfahrt e.V. (retired workers health care). During this 15 months I did a lot of varying home care of patients and old people.

In  June 1995 I started my career in Ulm at CAD-UL Computer Aided Designs Ulm GmbH, Germany.
My employment comprised of working as a technical consultant, software trainer and salesman.
I quit this job in July 1997 on my own free will to pursue a study.

Therefore I had to absolve the upper technical secondary school before getting permission to attend university courses.
Since October 1998 I am a student of management and general  engineering at University of Applied Sciences, Jena.
Planned areas of specialization (upper division) are international marketing and information and communication engineering.
Tentatively I will complete the studies in June 2002.
